You can Finalize your Reservations Here. With just a few Easy Steps you can rest assured that your Vacation plans are complete.

VERY IMPORTANT! Before you finalize your vacation rental please be sure that the property is available for the dates you desire by either of the following options:

  • Email us using the contact form below. Be sure to give us the dates you plan for your Gatlinburg Vacation. Also tell us which property you would like to rent. (You should receive an answer within 24 hours).
  • Or, If you prefer to talk directly to us then please call 423-903-2258 (if no answer please leave your name, number with area code, and the dates you wish t0 confirm. We will call you back as soon as possible. Normally that will be within the next 24 hours.)

Please remember, in order to reserve your vacation rental and hold the dates you want payment must be made in advance. You will be able to finalize your Vacation Rental here. If you find it is necessary  to cancel your reservation please do so no later than 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival. No refunds will be made if cancellation is later than the 3 days prior.

To make things convenient for you we are giving you two payment options:

  1.  ON-LINE EASY PAY OPTION - Pay here using our quick payment link through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account its easy to set your own account up by going on-line to www.paypal.com. You can be confident that this is a "secure" and "trusted" way of making on-line payments. PayPal is used all over the world every day to make reservations and purchases. (eBay and many others use PayPal)
  2. PAY BY CHECK OPTION - Don't want to pay on-line? That's fine! Once again be sure to email us or call and confirm the dates you need. We will hold the dates and property for you for a reasonable amount of time (up to 5 business days) You simply send us a check for the total amount of your vacation rental within that time frame and your all set. We will deposit your check when we receive it so the reservations should allow ample time for your check to clear the bank. Please note that in order to use a check it must be sent in time to go through the banking process before your vacation so send it as early as you can.
(Note: We want you to know that it's not something that we want to do, however if your check is declined due to insufficient funds it will automatically cancel your vacation rental agreement unless arrangements for payment are made in time to correct the problem before you arrive in Gatlinburg. The same policy applies to our other vacation locations in Florida. Also there will be a $25.00 Returned Check Charge added. So please be sure to balance your checkbook beforehand.)
